• Delivery details: the address and phone number you provide.
• Prescriptions: photos you upload for placing medicine orders.
• Order & booking history: items, amounts and appointment details.
• Payment: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details.

2 How we use your information

We use your information only to process and deliver orders, arrange doctor consultations, review prescriptions, provide customer support, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal data.

3 Prescriptions & health data

Prescription images are used solely to fulfil your medicine order and are accessible only to our authorised pharmacy staff. They are stored securely and are never used for advertising.

4 Storage & security

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase) with access controls. Payments are secured by Razorpay with server-side verification.

5 Sharing

We share the minimum necessary information with delivery partners (to deliver your order), the consulting doctor (for your appointment), and our payment and hosting providers (Razorpay, Supabase). We may disclose information if required by law.

6 Your rights & account deletion

You can view and update your profile inside the app. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete Account, or by contacting us at the number below.

7 Children

This app is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

By creating an account or using the Dawai Raja app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1 About the service

Dawai Raja is an online platform to order medicines and healthcare products and to book doctor consultations, operating in Jammu & Kashmir, India.

2 Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this app and place orders. You confirm the information you provide is accurate.

3 Prescriptions

Prescription (Rx) medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. We may verify or decline a prescription at our discretion. Uploading a forged or invalid prescription is prohibited.

4 Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Prices, discounts and delivery charges are shown before payment and may change. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or priced in error, and refund any amount paid.

5 Doctor consultations

Consultations are provided by independent registered doctors, for general guidance and not a substitute for in-person emergency care. Fees shown are per consultation.

6 Payments

Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full card or banking details. Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders.

7 Delivery

We aim to deliver within the estimated time, but times are not guaranteed and may be affected by location, weather or other factors.

8 Returns & refunds

Due to the nature of medicines, returns are accepted only for damaged, expired or incorrectly delivered items reported within 48 hours. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.

9 Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Accounts involved in fraud or abuse may be suspended.

10 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dawai Raja is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

11 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
